Pets After Dark provides after-hours veterinary telehealth consultations. Our service connects pet owners with licensed veterinarians for non-emergency medical advice and guidance when their regular veterinary clinic is closed.

Our services are not intended to replace emergency veterinary care. If your pet is experiencing a life-threatening emergency, please contact your nearest emergency veterinary hospital immediately.

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information about your pet's health history
• Use the service only for its intended purpose of veterinary consultation
• Follow up with your regular veterinarian as recommended
• Seek emergency care when necessary
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

4. Subscription and Billing

Subscription fees are billed monthly or as a one-time consultation fee. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Limitation of Liability

Pets After Dark and its veterinarians provide advice based on the information provided by you. We are not liable for outcomes resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information, failure to seek emergency care, or failure to follow recommended treatment plans.
