Can I switch plans anytime?
You can upgrade your plan at any time and get immediate access to new features. Plan downgrades require a brief review by our team to ensure a smooth transition.
What happens if I exceed my pet limit?
Standard plan includes 1 pet. You can add up to 3 more pets at $5/month each (max 4 total). Premium subscribers get unlimited pets.
Are there annual plans?
Yes — we offer annual pay-in-full pricing with savings. All plans (monthly and annual) are a 12-month commitment.
How does billing work?
Monthly plans renew automatically each month for the 12-month commitment term. Annual plans are paid upfront for 12 months. You can request cancellation at any time; your subscription remains active and continues to be billed through the end of your 12-month term, then renewal stops.
What's included in a consultation?
Every consultation includes video/phone access to a licensed veterinarian, review of your pet's medical history, treatment recommendations, and a detailed summary sent to you and your regular vet.
